PMS won’t start

Hi Guys,
I installed pms on windows 10, but every time I start Plex I get a message that I have to install pms.
when I do a clean install and get the launch button, I click on it and nothing happens. In the system tray I see the Pms icon, when I left click and start Plex, I get the same message.
I run the latest windows on a intel core I5-8300 @ 2,30Ghz with 8.0 GB ram, pms is 1.19.4.2935.
I uninstalled pms a least 6 time and clean the register.

Re-installing the app won’t change the underlying config in your Registry.

As for your initial question…

• Did you previously run the Plex Media Server as a different Windows user account?
• If you can see can see the Plex Icon in your system tray… can you access it locally through your browser (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web instead of http://app.plex.tv/desktop).

It’s working! i had a very old account that i was totally forgotten, delete it, clean the register and it works!!! Many Thanks !!!
