PMS Won't Start / Not Accessible via 127.0.0.1:32400/web

Been a plex user for years without any issues. Recently Plex won’t start on my Windows 10 machine. It appears to start as it is shown in the taskbar and in task manager, but hasn’t actually started. Trying to trying to access it via http://127.0.0.1:32400/web just spins and never loads. Logs attached.

Believe I resolved the issue. Removed another app that I think was conflicting by utilizing port 32400. I also repaired the Plex installation. Seems to have worked, but monitoring to see if it sticks.

Just looked at your log… that would explain why Plex had apparently failed to communicate properly.
Out of curiosity… what other app was using port 32400 too?

I believe it was a combination of Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe XD.
