When I go to my Podcasts/Podcasts view the tab called “Podcasts”, with the filter Unplayed Episodes sorted by release_date reverse, I see a list of the latest episodes of all my podcasts. In the middle of the top bar there is a download button but it is greyed out. When I click it, it says “Unable to sync. Sync is a premium feature and requires the associated server to be signed in with a Plex Pass enabled account.”
I have a Plex Pass enabled account and I am using it on this very same android device to sync many tv shows and movies to my device- it works great and I’ve had a lifetime plex pass forever. I don’t know why I’m getting this error message. Really all I want is a way to sync my on deck podcast episodes to my android device, so if there’s a better way to achieve that, either in the main app or in Plexamp I’d love to know. Thanks! Let me know if there are more logs or screenshots I can provide to clarify what I am experiencing.
