I’ve been using Plex for years, and something happens to me that has never happened to me.
When playing locally, both on the Plex website and in the Plex App, the quality of the movies is very low, and in the options of the same player I don’t get the option to change the quality.
I have checked in the Flex settings and the qualities are adjusted as usual. No matter how much I look, I don’t see anything.
Also say that in the local network all devices with Plex work OK, except the music that is cut when changing tracks.

What is displayed in Plex Dashboard → Now Playing? Is the connection local, remote, or indirect? Is the audio or video transcoding? Include a screenshot if possible.

Plex server version: 1.22.0.4163.
I start listening both locally and remotely and when it takes 2 or 3 songs it stops.
The Dashborad thing I do not quite understand what you want.
Is only audio, video run ok in local and remote.
I’m not sure if it transcodes the music or not.
