In my home in Atlanta where my Plex media server is located, I have superb 1080p video quality on orchestral and rock videos I have posted on Plex. Of course my local playback uses the LAN rather than the WAN. However, on my sister’s remote TV Plex playback in Denver the video quality is lousy, perhaps 360p.
She had superb video quality, then my AT&T fiber service crashed and now it is very poor quality.
What could be causing this? What settings on the media server app might need to be reset?
Please advise.
