I record the The bold and the Beautiful for my wife and it comes up with the incorrect dates in Plex.
Filename: the Bold and the Beautiful (1987)\Season 30\The Bold and the Beautiful (1987) - S30E257 - Episode 257.mkv
This file is suppose to be S30E421(aired 8/24/1017) it even shows the files modified date as the day recorded.
Is there anyone that we can get to review this? All other recording currently are working.

Don’t see how that episode would go from Season 30 to Season 1 though. I do see it appears that episodes are off by about 21 in the Program Guide in my area. Episode airing today is listed as Season 30 Episode 258 but TV Guide says it is Season 30 Episode 237.

I sent in the form. You are right, the episodes are off by about twenty. I had a typo on my post. It is still season 30.
How long does the submission take?
Not sure. I submitted one a little over a week ago. As of Monday morning nothing had changed. Missed one recording Monday due to guide issues, then Tuesday morning all of the episodes I reported were updated Monday night. So for me it took over a week to see the update.
I submitted mine and it still hasn’t been corrected. I even sent it in again. Is there anyone else that I can reach out to.
