If you are using the older Plex Movie (legacy) or TMDB agents when you unmatch something it starts to use personal movie agent which treats the item like it was in an “other videos” library. which are meant for home movies with no posters and horizontal.
I think this is an app issue as well since it does not happen in all (it does happen on recommended screen of Android as well.)
I’m making a bug report though I am wondering if there is anything holding you back from Upgrading Matching to use the new Plex Movie agent.
