Posters are not appearing on other remote and local devices except on localhost

I have Plex in a Docker image running on a Synology Server. I was able to first time get it setup with seeing posters remotely on other devices. Recently, I attempted setting up a reverse proxy, but failed which I would like to restore Plex back to its initial setup. When I made that attempt I was not able to see the movie posters on my phone (on wifi and data), as well as other networks outside my house’s network. The posters do show up on my computer when I log into https://localhost:32400/web, as well as app.plex.tv.

I also tried refreshing library on the remote devices as well. Note, I no longer have reverse-proxying setup, but perhaps from my configuration attempts may have messed up how Plex can be accessed on another device. I used the Synology Reverse Proxying application, but again…I no longer have it enabled.
