For some reason I can no longer get posters to appear. I’ve tried deleting the cache items, the plex dance, modifying permissions, reinstalling the app a couple of time, shifting around the order of the agents, turning off my firewall-nothing works. I can still get all of the other metadata including cast, summary etc. The only thing I’m wondering about is if the issue is that I’m installing this on an external exFat USB drive (since my main SSD is filling up). So I did change the install and cache directories. The attached logs are from a fresh install with just a single movie and a single attempt to refresh the metadata. I’m using the latest installer (Plex-Media-Server-1.13.5.5291-6fa5e50a8).
This is the issue.
The drive for the Plex data folder must be formatted with NTFS.
No other file system will work.
