i am having this issue also… my file names are sound and right…
i have tried to clear the cache and still this has not fixed it any ideas? it loads the metadata..
but it does not load up the poster art.

sorry about that i am running this on windows so idk how there would be a permission denied or how to fix that one i have looked and i have permissions for read and write.
i think i found the issue… i have local media assets checked on. i unchecked it and moved it to the bottom of my agents and it seem to pull right though…
after further testing the plex movie agent was not pulling the poster but the moviedb agent was able to pull the info and put it in…is there a way to disable the plex movie agent?
