Today I added a bigger external HDD to my plex computer and moved everything from one HDD to othe other one, now my TV Shows aren’t showing posters even after refreshing metadata. Descriptions still shows up fine but no posters.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: Checking the logs, I’m getting the following error “Error bringing media local”
Is it a permissions problem?
There seem to be changes ongoing on www.thetvdb.com: https://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?f=118&t=57574.
I’m currently importing my tv shows and it seems like I still get the metadata but no posters and backgrounds.
DEBUG (not VERBOSE) Log files please?
Force the Refresh All Metadata and allow it to complete.

@shieldwed strange, maybe it’s coincidental that it happened when I moved my media to a different HDD, which in theory shouldnt change anything because PMS folder is still in local SSD
@shieldwed did you try using TMDB or TVmaze instead?
@ChuckPa will do, give me an hour, i’ll be home soon. I’m sure you’ll spot something else, but in the console the only thing I saw was the “Error bringing media local” error

Hi @greewn, thanks for your suggestions. As it has been quite a while now, I’m not quite sure on what I really tried anymore. From what I recall I did play around with different sources and orders of agents, yet as it didn’t help I reset to default values read from a second installation.
Now as I updated to the latest version 1.16.5.1488 and retried fetching meta data, it did work again (coincidence?).
My most humble apologies for missing this. I don’t know how the forum didn’t notify me.
