Hello,
Firstly I hope this is being posted in the right place, finding it hard to navigate this forum.
I’ve just reactivated my plex server and made the leap to a lifetime pass… everything is going great until I updated the firmware on my synology nas… Plex is now struggling to read any of the files saved on the device. It’s seemingly connected fine, it is picking up live bandwidth/cpu data for example. when I go to play a file from the library though it gives a playback error (“Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”). It also does not scan the library. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the library but it just comes back as empty. The files can be read directly through finder/files. I’ll be ever so grateful if someone can help, pulling my hair out over this one especially right after forking out £100.
Thank you!
