Hello Guys can any one help ive got this awesome halloween pre roll vid i want to use but its not working like before i used it last year and all was good
i dont understand Paths very well but pretty sure this is correct

and i have enabled it also in the settings
There’s different settings involved when it comes to prerolls.
Entering the path of the preroll(s) to be used under Settings > [Server Name] > Extras > Movie pre-roll video
This will slightly vary depending on what client you’re using… some clients have a dedicated option to play the preroll video, others have an option to enable trailers playing before the video; setting the # of trailers to play will still keep a configured preroll.
