Problem with Downloads, can't make use of it

Sometimes it looks it’s downloading the media, but after a little progress, I get the error. Sometimes I the the error immediately.

I think you’ll need to be more explicit rather than just saying “can’t make use of it” so that the Plex team can help you out.

It doesn’t work, I don’t know why, that’s why I posted the logs and my app settings. Sometimes it looks it’s downloading the media, but after a little progress, I get the error. Sometimes I the the error immediately. I added more screenshots. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
