Problem with Live TV & DVR on Shield using 1.16.1

Hi,
I’ve recently updated Plex Media Server to version 1.16.1.1291 on my Shield and due to the changes in the Live TV guide system I’ve removed the existing DVR and set up a new Plex DVR.
I’m using an hauppauge dual-hd tuner.
Once I clicked “Set up Plex DVR” it showed the tuner and I could proceed with the scan of channels and it found some 700 new channels.
I then entered my ZIP code to set up the TV Guide, it meditated for a while and showed some XMLTV options including one for my area.
I selected it and clicked on “Continue”.
At that point I got a message saying “There was a problem saving your DVR. Please Try Again”.
I pressed “Continue” and went back to “Set up Plex DVR” again, but at this point the TV Tuner device did not appear anymore.
Plex Server acts as if there is no DVR configured but doesn’t show the TV tuner.
I’ve already

  1. Restarted the Shield many time and it didn’t solve the issue
  2. Removed and reinnserted the USB tuner and it didn’t solve the issue
  3. If I change the USB port the tuner is detected but I keep having the “problem saving DVR” once I set up PLEX DVR, besides once I’ve used a USB port and tried the setup the tuner if placed in that port becomes undetected. Looks like some information in the database gets corrupted or something similar

I’ve tried to download logs from the web browser connected to the server but I receive a “500 internal server error” page when i click on "Troubleshooting-Download Logs

Any help on this issue?
I would like to know:

  1. How can I re-enable the detection of the USB tuner without having to clean up all the database (have lot of video and music already painfully scanned)?
  2. Any trick or workaround to save the DVR?
  3. How can I access logs from the web or from the SHIELD itself?
