However I did see 2 possible issues 1) Per QNAP FAQ 14 You should avoid putting your files on the Multimedia share (doubt it has direct impact in this case, just an FYI) 2) I think has a bigger probability of causing issues. Your media is currently named: Multimedia/Movies/Barbie.mkv it should be Multimedia/Movies/Barbie (2023) {imdb-tt1517268}.mkv at a minimum not including the year of the movie, will cause issues with matching.
