I installed version 1.18.1.2019 yesterday without a restart and everything ran fine. Last night I did a scheduled restart. This morning Plex was running but showed the working circle thing that didn’t stop, when selecting anything but the Home or web news. Sorry I didn’t get the logs. I tried a restart with the same results. I then did a manual install of version 1.18.1.1973 and did a restart. Everything is working again.

I can second this error state. Updated to PMS Version 1.18.1.2019 and now the player can’t find my PMS server anymore.
Network connectivity was confirmed and PMS was worked with the update just prior to this release.
This appears to be the latest .qpkg that’s available from the Plex.tv downloads area.
Not sure what changed, but I am currently in the process of completely uninstalling PMS from the NAS so that I can re-install PMS 1.16 from the QNAP App Store.
