Problems enabling remote access with manual port

So, basically I’ve set up port forwarding on port 32400. Canyouseemenow.org verifies that my port is open and functioning, but still Plex won’t allow me to have remote access on manual port. I get “Not available outside your network” even though I KNOW that my port is open and working. NAT and uPNP is enabled also. I don’t know what else to look for in order to get this to work. ANy ideas?

If the port test is successful, just ignore the status message in the plex menu. It will come around eventually.
