Hi, I use Plex on Nas WesternDigital EX2 Ultra hooked to Modem Sky Fibra
At home on a wifi network, there is no problem in viewing any type of movie (mp4, mix, etc.) on all devices (iPhone 14, iPad 2 Pro, Apple TV, Samsung TV and FireStick). The problem on the videos (the music plays without problems) occurs when I log on the 4G network and it presents the following messages:
“There was an error playing your media file. Try again. Cannot play directly because: The application cannot directly play this item. There is no direct playback video profile for http protocol, with mkv container and h264 video codec. Could not convert because: insufficient CPU to convert this item. "
“There was an error playing your media file. Try again. Cannot play directly because: There is not enough bandwidth to play this item directly. The required bandwidth is 4889kbps while only 3000kbps are available. Could not convert because: insufficient CPU to convert this item. "
If I use the WesternDigital MyCloud App, it reads me the formats recognized by the iPhone and iPad without problems (mp4 and m4v) since the upload speed at home is more than sufficient (FTTH).
Any idea on how to solve?
