Problems playing 720x576 content

I’m having an issue whereby content with a frame height of 576 and a width of 720 is being catagorised as 576p but is not being displayed in a widescreen aspect ratio. It plays fine in the browser and on the Windows Phone 8.1 app, but has the issue on Xbox One and in the Win 10 Plex app (on PC).
