Problems when downloading files

I made the download option available to 3 users who are on my PLEX HOME.

However, one of the users is reporting that the download is interrupted every time he downloads.
I’ve already checked the file and it’s 100%, there’s nothing corrupted.

So I asked him to download it so I could watch the logs:

Has anyone experienced this problem? Can you help me?

From what client (platform) are they trying to download?
The message “canceled by the remote host” seems to indicate the client stopped the activity. On mobile platforms this can happen if the app is delegated to the background (inactive) and killed by the mobile OS.

I hadn’t thought about the possibility of the application being closed by the system itself due to inactivity.
I will ask the user to test, leaving the application open during the download.
