+1 any answer from Plex support?

I have not seen this issue, but it sounds like it’s HDHR related, based on the last persons post.

Posting logs is the only way we can see what is happening with your server. Plex Media Server.log will show why EPG is failing to update. Otherwise there’s no way to tell.

There are many posts regarding this issue.
Most have been ignored by Plex.

Happens to me regularly as well.

I’m responding right now with a request: if you have an issue, you need to post logs, otherwise we have no way to know what the problem is.

For me, rebooting my HDHR Prime fixed my EPG issue. I was able to notice it when I went to watch Live TV with my NextPVR setup, and the screen was completely blank. I assume that Plex wasn’t able to verify the channels that were available through the HDHR Prime, and so it couldn’t download proper EPG data. I am hoping that programming my HDHR Prime to soft reboot once a day will stop this from happening in the future.

However, because I fixed mine, I have no valid logs to give. Since the DVR is in “BETA” at the moment, giving them logs on issues is the best option as they develop this feature.
