I am unable to connect to plex by using my PS4 and my fire tv anymore. Yesterday I updated to 1.5.5.3634, and the ps4 was working, although not well - I had to pause the video to let it buffer, which I have never had to do. Then when I got up to my fire tv, it didn’t work at all. I came back down to my ps4 and it had stopped working as well. Now I get the noserver screen whenever I try it from either of these two. However, I can open up the web app and it works flawlessly. I’ve tried disabling security, I’ve tried allowing my remote apps to “allow fallback to insecure connections”. I’ve tried disabling remote connections and re-enabling (although I get some double NAT message). I’ve also disabled the secure connections to no avail.
I’m pretty new to plex and I don’t know that I have things set up perfect, so its very likely i’m missing a setting somewhere. Can anyone assist?
