QNAP Plex Media Server cannot be used normally.
The current phenomenons are:

    1. Unlimited disconnection.
    1. The server cannot be found through the local URL.

The following actions have been taken for this problem:

  1. Downgrade from version 1.30.1 to 1.30.0.
  • Unable to claim server after setup completes.
  1. Uninstall version 1.30.0 and return to the original version 1.28.0 of the QNAP suite.
  • After setting still unable to claim server.
  1. After restarting the QNAP nas, the QNAP system version was upgraded.
  • Upgrade to version 1.30.1, the problem still exists, repeat the above two steps again.

After starting Plex Media Server again, the server still cannot be claimed.
Even if the Plex Media Server is declared successfully, normal access may occur.
These phenomenons are regardless of local or external network.
