QNAP TS 451 - Network error - PMS not visible on network any more

Server Version#:1.23.4
Player Version#: Various

everything working fine thursday…Friday the server was glitchy - could see files on Samsung and Android versions of the app but couldn’t play - then dropped from network completely - rebooted PMS - similar result
Rebooted router - same
Rebooted QNAP - same
Updated QNAP firmware and PMS to latest versions - rebooted - now cannot see PMS from any version of the app
Removed and re-installed PMS, removed server from Plex account
PMS definitely running on QNAP - can’t add to account as not visible
No IP adds in Deny/Block list on QNAP
Can’t open the PMS web app from QNAP - pops up new tab but hangs on loading, blank screen

I’ve been running PMS no worries on this setup for 5 years, always up to date…please any help would be very much appreciated

I have the same problem. Just upgraded firmware on the plex and the server to 1.23.4

Server is up, I can see all the folders, QNAP is running. Just won’t connect.

Hey man. So I sorted mine in the end. I removed PMS completely. Reinstalled from the qnap app center rather than the Plex DL page. Then reboot.
I’ve skipped the branch it tried to update to next. Things are working smoothly again.
