Can't connect to PMS on QNAP NAS (No Soup for You then nothing)

Server Version#: 1.20.0
Player Version#: 4.34.4 (Plex Web)

Hey, All.

I have PMS installed on the NAS (TS-453Be) for a couple years and always been able to resolve issues until now. Been stuck with this for a month now so hoping someone can help… I’ve tried everything I can find in the forums and the only one that made any difference was this > Cant connect to Plex (QNAP) Can I downgrade Firmware?.

Originally, I was getting a No Soup For you message and after following the instructions in that post, it went away and now I get nothing. All Plex players (web, LGTV, xBox, iphone) open but all the NAS libraries are missing. Remote access not working either.

The NAS is working OK - I can log in to it from my iMac and Windows PC and can play the videos on the computer and stream them to the TV out of FileStation.

We have had several power failures recently and I suspect the database was corrupted per that linked post… I followed the steps to make a copy and rename an old one but it didn’t work - possibly the oldest version in the PlexData wasn’t old enough.

I’ve got a lot of time and money invested and a lot of disappointed family and friends so any tips or links much appreciated.

Thanks for your help
James

Uninstalled PMS app from NAS then reinstalled. Version in the QTS app store is 1.16.6. Works again, including remote access.
