Remote quality on Xbox one

Server Version#: Windows 10.0.17763.4088
Player Version#: Plex for Xbox One 2.29.1.70

I go to settings and go to video then change remote quality to 1.5 Mbps, 480p
But when I return to my player pause the video and navigate to player settings then to quality it says play original quality 5.7 Mbps and it will not allow me to change this. I have restarted the app and console multiple times I have also changed the quality setting for online and local to 1.5 Mbps

I went and turned off allow display mode switching, allow direct play, and allow direct stream and now in the player settings it says convert (maximum) 5.7 Mbps

Hi there. Could you post server logs (after you’ve enabled logging within the Xbox One app) so that we can determine what’s happening here? Thanks.
