Receive notification that my username was changed without me requesting it

Hello,

Can someone help me resolve this issue. I received a notification from plex that my username has been changed without me requesting a change. I tried to return the email but it’s bounces back saying I can’t respond to that plex email account… When I check to see if I can log in under my old credentials everything works. How do I contact someone from plex to inform them that I don’t want username or email address associated with plex changed?

Thoughts on the forced Username implementation

I wanted to start by saying I am not a fan of the forced username implementation. I do not understand why a username needs to be unique if I am using it on my local network, playing local content. Can we not have an admin account (like the email address that is registered with plex all these years perhaps), and then local users for setting library access, permissions etc.?
