Hello everyone. I’ve noticed an issue with PMS over the past couple weeks after I updated my server. When viewing collections that are sorted based on custom order they don’t show what’s inside, they only say “Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.“ I still have a version that works thankfully otherwise I’d be a little more frustrated than I am. Does anybody know what’s going on? If I take the current version which is 1.21.3.4046 the collections are broken. The functional version that I have is 1.21.1.3759 which was downloaded on December 10th. I’m still new to the forms so if this has been mentioned previously I apologize, I didn’t see anything like it. Also, if there’s anything else I need to do to either help fix it or to try because I’ve done something wrong let me know. Thanks!
Pretty sure I saw in another thread that the custom sort function is not actually working/ready yet and wasn’t supposed to be turned on (don’t ask why they didn’t just turn it off in a future update cause I can’t answer that).
I can’t remember which thread unfortunately so I can’t point you to that, but if the feature is not actually ready, that could be why it’s causing you an issue.
Edit: I don’t think this is the thread I was referring to but it confirms what I said (3rd post):
It is from Oct '20 but I still don’t think it’s been implemented as of yet.

I saw that too but it was a couple week ago, however, I feel like I remember the date being a while ago before my “stable” version…

That thread was from Oct '20 that I posted but I still don’t think it has actually been implemented, though that might not necessarily be something they put in an announcement post the way Plex works.

I saw your edit and I made my comment anyway. 
I read through what you linked it obviously doesn’t explain why it works in one release but not subsequent ones. Like everyone else I too hope for it to get fixed. Needless to say, I’m not deleting my working version anytime soon!
