Reclaiming a server that is not on my network

I got a notification of a suspicious login of my plex account, so I changed my password and asked Plex to sign out of all other devices.

My server is now unclaimed, but I am not on the local network of the server. How do I claim this server?

If you cannot create a “tunnel”, you’ll have to go near the server.
