yeah, but even so I reported this bug back in October of last year!!!, we have had few beta releases since then!!!
so nearly 6 months and still they have not even replied and acknowledged this bug.

The purpose of beta testing is not to provide functionality to the users beta testing. It is to gather information on bugs, triage those bugs, prioritise them and assign resources to fix those which are deemed either high priority or quick wins. It’s not the job of anyone in a Beta phase to acknowledge bugs nor should it be.

Yep, it’s not supposed to work with an enigma2 yet. And if you use some trick to get it working, any bugs you encounter shouldn’t really be reported to Plex as it wouldn’t be verifiable if the bugs were due to the DVR functionality or due to the method used to get enigma2 working.

if you missed it, I was being sarcastic, I am the original coder of the Enigma2 image OpenViX 
(as in next time a user reports a bug, just tell them it that is not supposed to work).

I was trying to point out that they have not even acknowledge the issue, that is the job of a dev, we take the time to report the issues, it IS for them respond, I know I AM a developer.

I too am a developer and have been for 30 years and yes I acknowledge bugs in my production or UAT applications but not when it’s out for beta testing. The job of beta testers is to find bugs. I only need to communicate with them after it has been triaged, prioritised then assigned to me and I require further information.

thx for that, no it happens on anything has double episodes per day, that show does not use Season/Episode numbers, Corrie, Emerdale, Eastenders, etc, mainly UK soaps.
just add a schedule for emderdale (make sure you add for New & Repeat as gracenote does not mark them as new episodes).

as I showed you.
today 2nd come dine with me, is recording ok as I thought it would.
OK got it - the Originally Available Date is different for the two and that is part of the Episode identification.
