Reconnecting Server to Plex Account

My account was hacked and now I have regained access but my WD PR4100 is not showing on my account and my devices in Plex App. How can I resolve this?

Open the PMS through the bundled web app:
http://[PR4100 IP address]:32400/web

If you did a new/clean install, this will allow you to finish the setup (incl. signing the server into your account). Otherwise you should be able to sign the server into your account from Settings > [Server Name] > General.
