You are using the BETA-DSM 7 version of PMS.
You need to stop using that version because it’s not compatible with DSM 7.0 in final release form.
What you have is from our initial development.
I would like you to go download from https://plex.tv/downloads and install it.
BE ADVISED
The installer is going to reconfigure your PMS installation (metadata) from the beta configuration to the final configuration.
This action is taken silently during the upgrade. It will sit there “Installing”.
Please don’t interrupt it. It is fully automatic.
It will move your metadata from the beta location to the “PlexMediaServer” shared folder (which is the new metadata location in DSM 7). The “Plex” share is free for you to use or delete as you wish.
When complete, You’ll see the new shared folder. It serves the same function as the old “Plex” share but with different structure and all of the restrictions enforced by DSM 7 .
