Reconnecting to Synology NAS

When you upgraded from DSM 6 → DSM 7, —

  1. Did you uninstall the Plex package before upgrading?
    -or-
  2. Did you upgrade DSM 7 and click “Repair” (as prompted by DSM) ?
    -or-
  3. Did you install PMS again after DSM 7 upgrade ?

Not being able to see content is a Permission problem which is well documented.

Post #17 (the first) is for the Shared Folder.
Post #18 (the second) corrects the permissions inside shared folders – which is sometimes needed.
