Refresh All Metadata not working

I am using a Synology Nas for my Plex server

When selecting a movie individually, I can refresh metadata, and it will work. If I select my whole movie section to refresh All Metadata, it won’t do anything, and if I go into the library settings and do it in there, it also does nothing.

I did a bunch of shuffling around with my movies since I recently got an expansion drive for my Synology Nas, so a good chunk of my movies are now missing all the movie details, only the names and thumbnails are showing properly.
