Refresh Metadata doesn't work in case of some movies

Hi all,
some of my movies metadata cannot be refreshed. The affected movies don’t contain any metadata information and cannot be updated/refreshed via “Refresh Metadata” option.
Server Version: 1.21.3.4021 which is running in Synology NAS.
I have already tried the following solution “Incorrect language movie posters / actor cast issues” but unfortunately it doesn’t helped.

Do you have any idea what could be the problem? What else should I check?

I have changed the agent which was assigned to the Movies library from “The Movie Database” to “Plex Movie”. Now all metadata is updated and works as designed.
