I have read through every topic I can find with no luck. How do I refresh the thumbnails in photo albums. The actual photo thumbnail not the folder.
I spend a lot of time scanning old photos then correcting them as time permits but the thumbnail is always of the original file no matter what I do. Refresh, analyse, all the suggestions.
Is this even possible?

I’ve been rescanning some negatives lately, since the scanner I originally used didn’t have Digital ICE technology, which does an awesome job getting rid of scratches and dust in the finished scan.
I’m also a bit more proficient with Photoshop Elements now then when I first started scanning the old family photos/negatives years ago, so I am constantly working on old scans to make them better.
The finished picture displays great in Plex…but (sigh) the old Plex thumbnails showing all the flaws I corrected remain.
Doing the Plex Dance on all these photos, or deleting and recreating the library, just doesn’t make sense. I would be willing to do a Manual Scan if it would work.
The ability to refresh a photo thumbnail in Plex would be AWESOME!!!
