I did read all of this but nothing is solving my problem. I still can’t delete my old server or just make sure that I can install a new Media server for some reason. I have tried to install true package center and by downloading your software.

Did you also go to https://app.plex.tv → Authorized Devices → Server (dropdown) and delete the plex.tv entry ? Even after uninstalling, Plex.tv will retain the info about the server. I am working to see if I can effect deletion of it when you actually destroy an installation.

Go to DSM package center. Uninstall my package ERASE the server data as you uninstall. This will remove the installed PMS and the server ID Now go back to Plex.tv and remove it again. It will not return until you install again.

Thanks for the help! I have followed your instruction on the page down below and I have deleted the port forward Plex automatically installed for me. This did the trick. @bobcrocky If you have the DSM 7 package installed – ( Look for the -7000 package ID in Package Center attached to the Plex version ) Then normal Uninstall the package and select the red ERASE option. It is very clear.
