Reinstall PMS ends in error

New information:
I messed with bios and had it scan the drives for errors or something and my database drive came back, when I installed the server it came back as corrupt database. Plex Media Server Was unable to open its media database.
My Plex database which was on a separate m.2 ssd failed.
So I needed to install the server again to populate the database folders on my small OS drive.
This failed with a basic error.

Since then I have uninstalled plex and removed all folders, cleaned temp folders and restarted computer several times and tried doing a brand new fresh install yet still end up with the same basic error. There is no information attached to the error.

I did not backup the database and even if I had done so it would have been too large to copy over to my os drive which is a 250gb drive, my database is/was 300gb plus.

While on plex i did click remove server. So that should not be a reason.
I might try logging out on the web and see if that has any effect.

Yet the repeated install and removal of folders has done nothing.

I am at a loss of what to do.

Windows 11 home
i3 10th gen
32 gb ram
250gb OS m.2 ssd drive
58tb drive.
one dead 1tb m.2 ssd that was my database

When uninstalling, be sure to remove the registry entries, in addition to the Plex Data Folder and application.

That was what I was thinking…

I ended up installing plex on another drive instead of the OS drive. Since i did that, is the registry the same or something else?

[HowTo] An extended guide on how to move the Plex data folder on Windows

On Windows systems, the default location for the Plex Data Folder is the OS drive.

If you move it to a non-default location, you need to make some registry entries and change some other settings. See the support doc linked above.
