Reinstalling PLEX on QNAP, have rad the "read me firsts"

Server Version#:1.25.4.5487
Player Version#:1.40.1.2823.6f60f3a7

Hello, something happened to my PLEX installation on my QNAP-1277. It has been working for years, literally years. Rather than fight it trying to clean database etc etc, I figured as long as my libraries are not deleted I would just uninstall and reinstall. I thought I had done this before with no issues. Well reinstalling isn’t letting me go through the normal setup and config, I’ve tried to create a PlexData folder, but it keeps saying there is already one there, but I cannot see it in File Station. I’m kind of at a loss here and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

So I was able to remove the hidden ghost PlexData, but the aforementioned create folder thing still didn’t work that was in the “read me first” section. Opening up the preferences.xm none of the entries were the same as in the FAQ, this is what they look like. I garbled some of the entries for security sake…

This is Q23 in the “QNAP FAQ…read me first” section.

I’ve attached the logs here in the hopes that @ChuckPa may save me!

I’ve tried to do the http://IP:32400/web and I get the infinet never ending spinny circle, just adding more information as I come across it

Your logs show you accessing it with FQDN.

You can’t claim it when remote / that way.

You need to SSH into the box and perform a manual curl
