Remote Acces down

Server Version#: 1.43.3.10896-cb3ebc72d

Hi,

My Remote Access has been unstable/down for the past few hours — it cycles between “Fully accessible” and “Not accessible” with no changes on my end in between.

Machine Identifier: 2d8c02ee0c7b0ef0055926927fd095d5941ae67c

Background: My cert-v2.p12 went missing earlier today. On regeneration, CSR upload succeeded (PUT .../certificate/csr → 204), but GET .../certificate/download looped on 202 and eventually failed with 409. I removed and re-claimed the server, and a new certificate was issued successfully.

Since then, Remote Access keeps toggling between accessible/not accessible on its own, and I’ve also seen it briefly show no private/public IP at all in the Remote Access settings page.

What I’ve already verified and ruled out on my end:

  • Port forwarding: confirmed working externally via canyouseeme.org (success on port 32400, TCP)
  • Public IP: stable (verified over several minutes, no change)
  • Local firewall (macOS): Plex allowed for incoming connections
  • Local IP matches the port forwarding rule

I also noticed this thread with similar symptoms (accessible/not accessible cycling, no IP shown) around the same time: Remote Access (again) seems to be problematic

Could someone check the server state for this machine identifier? Happy to provide additional debug logs if needed.

Thanks!

Now is working after deleting again the cert-v2.p12, and restarting the server!
