- Restart PMS
- wait 3 minutes (grab a coffee or something)
- from a remote device try to connect to your server
- wait for the app to show it can’t connect to your server
- grab the log (ios logs or android log) Look at https://support.plex.tv/articles/?s=logs&search=support_articles if you need help on getting logs from something else
- go back to your server
- get the server logs
- post (or PM) those 2 logs to me
