Remote Access After Server Move

Hi Everyone. I’ve recently moved my Plex installation to another VM and I’m having a strange issue with remote access.

I’ve always had UPNP disabled and manually mapped a port on the router. After the server move the server is accessible off network via the manually mapped port. However when I go into the remote access section in Plex and specify the port it will say fully accessible outside the network for around 15 seconds then drop off.

If I enable uPnp on the router and disable manual port remote access works fine.

I’m at a loss because I know the manual port forward works as I can access it via that manually mapped port off network.

Does anyone have any ideas please?
