Remote Access connects for about 15 seconds then disconnects

The same started to happen to me about 2 weeks ago with the latest PMS version on a QNAP NAS. As a Plex Pass subscriber, I would like to get something for my money when the ■■■■ hits the fan! I expect a Plex engineer to look into the issue ASAP.

Plex Remote Access Gets Disabled

Server Version#: 1.20.3.3483 Player Version#: 1.21.0.1410-50a34597 Plex was working fine until recently started to disconnect the Remote Access, and remote devices only can playback Indirect from it since then.
