Remote access disconnects often after tightening security from CLI

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364
Player Version#: 1.29.2.6364

I have changed so many things the last couple days trying to correct whatever it is I messed up. My remote access was great up till the day before yesterday when I was trying to tighten up the security on my headless Ubuntu Server.
Ubuntu Server
Dell T320 Server
Verizon 5G Home internet (White Cube)

Ive tried:
Setting the port 32400 manually - did undid redid - no help
Enable/disable UFW - did allow the 32400 port
Installed/uninstalled Fail2ban
Installed/uninstalled RKhunter
Installed/uninstalled Jack/John the ripper
I did other security things but honestly can’t remember what all I did.

I’m considering trying to reinstall the Ubuntu Server over top. If anyone has any suggestions I’ll take them. I am not fluid in linux. I muttle through it LOL. Thank you.

EDIT to add: sometimes it will stay connected for several minutes, other times it won’t connect at all.

Verizon 5G Home Internet uses CGNAT Internet addressing, which is incompatible with Plex remote access.

People may be able to connect remotely using Plex Relay, which tunnels the stream through a server at Plex and is limited to 1 Mbps (2 Mbps with a Plex Pass).

Plex Relay can be enabled via Settings → Network → Enable Relay.
