Remote Access Enabled but Server is not accessible

I’m really struggling to get remote access working. I’ve got port forwarding for port 32400 enabled on my router. UPNP is disabled as well. I’ve gotten the green light to stay on for awhile even a few days but still cannot gain access with any remote devices. Logs are attached

I’m having the same problem. Qnap NAS using Android and Win 10 computer for remote access.
