I am using “WD My cloud home”
and I am using Orbi router, I just bought plex pass because I wanted to enjoy my media when I am outside.
but the remote access does not work, and that’s causing me very disturbance, because this feature is the reason I bought the lifetime plex pass.

Did you setup a port forward?
yes i did.
it connect for a second then it disconnect.
check canyouseeme.org for success on your port.
I tried it, it said:
" I could not see your service"
“Reason: Connection timed out”
so your port forward isnt working properly.
