hi for the life of me i cannot figure out why my synology NAS cannot get remote access to work with plex.
here is a screenshot of my port forwarding settings on my router:

i have gotten it to work earlier tonight, meaning that all the settings were turning green and i was able to access plex.tv/web using 4g on my iphone. i was able to stream on the brwoser on mobile but the ios app would never work. i would get disgruntled and tried to reset the NAS to see if that cured it.
upon restarting, i would get back to plex remote settings and i would get the following screenshot. i have been trying for hours to fix this but i am not getting anywhere.
