I have Plex has had Remote Access suddenly top working. I had recently upgraded to Plex Server version 1.24.2.4973-2b1b51db9 (I have since rolled this back to the version listed above). The router has also gone through a firmware upgrade (and I suspect the fault is at the router - although a factory reset of the router has had no benefit.
When I enable Remote Access, Plex initially reports the remote connection as established, however very shortly afterwards the Internet <–> Router connection is shown as failed, and Remote Access fails. This is also having the effect that my local NVIDIA Shield client fails to connect (I can probably resolve this separately, but would like to fix remote access).
Attached is the PMS log captured when enabling remote access, and then when remote access is listed as failed. There are some certificate errors, which look suspicious, so I’d like to check that there is nothing broken in my Plex config.
