Remote access has quit working

I an no longer access my content off the network. The remote access page on the server says that the connection to the internet is at fault. I can access the web on the server, so it has internet. Yesterday I migrated away from a Ubiquity USG to their UDM-Pro, but my friend told me that my server has been inaccessible since last Tuesday at least. I checked and my IP is still the same as it was and my port forward rules are still intact and correct. I am signed into my account on my server. I ran windows update which involved restarting the machine a few times. I disable Defender Firewall on both public and private networks and that did not fix it either. If someone could help me troubleshoot this I would greatly appreciate it. I am at a loss.

I’m running into the same issue and I’m starting to troubleshoot the problem. Did you have any success?

It turned out to be an issue with my new router. I was having other issues so I decided to reset to factory defaults and then rebuild my everything from scratch instead of transferring over the settings from the USG. Once I did this it seemed to work fine. I am guessing it was just not handling the port forwarding correctly.
